JLDSSS – Food Delivery Partner Terms and Conditions

This agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between JLDSSS

(“Company”) and the individual or entity (“Delivery Partner”) engaged in providing food

delivery services via the JLDSSS platform. By registering as a delivery partner, the Delivery

Partner agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Independent Contractor Status: The Delivery Partner acknowledges and agrees that

they are an independent contractor and not an employee of JLDSSS. Nothing in this

Agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship.

1.2 Registration: The Delivery Partner is required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful

information during the registration process. This includes providing valid identification, a

valid driver’s license (if applicable), and correct contact information.

1.3 Compliance with Applicable Laws: The Delivery Partner agrees to comply with all

local, state, and federal laws and regulations applicable to food delivery services.

2. Obligations of the Delivery Partner

2.1 Acceptance of Orders: The Delivery Partner shall accept orders as presented through the

JLDSSS platform, and promptly proceed to deliver the items to the customer’s designated

location.

2.2 Timeliness of Delivery: The Delivery Partner agrees to use their best efforts to deliver

each order within the timeframe communicated by JLDSSS or as otherwise reasonably

expected. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic or weather conditions) must

be communicated to JLDSSS and the customer in a timely manner.

2.3 Customer Interaction: The Delivery Partner is expected to maintain a high standard of

professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers, restaurants, and other

stakeholders. Unprofessional behavior, harassment, or threats will not be tolerated.

2.4 Food Handling: The Delivery Partner must ensure the proper handling and care of all

food items during transit, in compliance with health and safety regulations, to ensure food

safety and quality upon delivery.

3. Compensation and Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Structure: Compensation for delivery services will be based on the delivery

distance, time, and any additional factors as defined by JLDSSS. Payments will be processed

weekly or according to the agreed-upon schedule.

3.2 Incentives: The Delivery Partner may be eligible for additional compensation based on

performance metrics such as timely deliveries, customer ratings, or peak-hour deliveries.

Such incentives will be detailed in the JLDSSS app.


3.3 Refunds and Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments or chargebacks due to order

issues or delivery problems must be addressed promptly in accordance with JLDSSS’s

refund policy.

4. Vehicle and Equipment Standards

4.1 Vehicle Condition: The Delivery Partner is responsible for ensuring that their vehicle

(motorbike, bicycle, car, etc.) is in good operational condition, meets all applicable legal

requirements, and is suitable for the delivery task.

4.2 Safety Equipment: The Delivery Partner is required to use appropriate safety equipment

as mandated by local laws and JLDSSS policies, including, but not limited to, helmets for

two-wheeled vehicles.

4.3 Insurance: The Delivery Partner is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any

necessary insurance, including personal and vehicle insurance, as required by law.

5. Delivery Area and Routes

5.1 Designated Service Area: The Delivery Partner agrees to operate within the specified

service area defined by JLDSSS. The boundaries of this area may be subject to periodic

changes.

5.2 Route Navigation: The Delivery Partner is expected to follow the routes provided by the

JLDSSS platform. Deviations from the prescribed route should only occur for valid reasons,

such as road closures or other emergencies, and must be communicated with JLDSSS.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Alcohol and Drug Use: The consumption of alcohol or the use of illegal substances

while on duty is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Illegal Activities: The Delivery Partner must not engage in illegal activities, including

theft, fraud, or the delivery of prohibited goods.

6.3 Unprofessional Behavior: The Delivery Partner shall not engage in any conduct that is

disrespectful, abusive, or threatening towards customers, restaurant staff, or other delivery

personnel.

7. Termination and Suspension

7.1 Grounds for Termination: JLDSSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate the

Delivery Partner’s account for violations of this Agreement, including failure to comply with

safety standards, delivery requirements, or professional conduct.

7.2 Account Suspension: In cases of serious violations, JLDSSS may suspend the Delivery

Partner’s access to the platform pending investigation. Repeated or severe violations will

result in account termination.


8. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

8.1 Data Collection: The Delivery Partner consents to the collection, use, and storage of

personal data by JLDSSS, as described in JLDSSS’s Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not

limited to, data related to location, delivery history, and identification.

8.2 Confidentiality: The Delivery Partner agrees to maintain confidentiality with respect to

all information obtained through the course of providing services, including customer details,

restaurant information, and internal JLDSSS processes.

9. Indemnity and Liability

9.1 Indemnification: The Delivery Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JLDSSS,

its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising

out of the Delivery Partner’s actions during the course of providing services, including

accidents, property damage, or personal injury.

9.2 Limitation of Liability: JLDSSS shall not be liable for any damages arising from delays,

food quality issues, or third-party payment processing failures.

10. Modifications to the Terms

10.1 Amendments: JLDSSS reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and

conditions at any time. All modifications will be communicated to the Delivery Partner, and

continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
