JLDSSS – Customer Terms and Conditions Policy


Order Confirmation & Payment

JLDSSS is an online delivery platform that allows customers to place orders through

the mobile application. Please read the following order and delivery policies

carefully:

 After placing an order, the order price will be shown in the app and can be

paid via:

o Online Payment: Must be completed before order confirmation.

o Cash on Delivery (COD): Must be paid in full before receiving the

item. Customers are requested to keep exact change ready.


 Customers must input a correct delivery address and set the GPS pin location

properly before confirming the order. The order will be delivered based on

the GPS address provided.

 Delivery will be made within the specified time shown in the application

after order confirmation.

 At the time of delivery, the customer must check all items before accepting.

The PIN displayed in the application must be shared with the delivery

partner to confirm receipt of the order.


Out-of-Stock Item Handling

If an item becomes unavailable after order confirmation, the customer will be given

the following options:

1. Replace the out-of-stock item with another available item.

2. Accept the remaining items and receive a refund for the unavailable item(s).

3. Cancel the entire order, and a full refund will be issued.


Change of Delivery Location

If the delivery location is changed after order confirmation:

 Extra charges may apply for the additional distance.

 The new location must be within a certain delivery radius.


 If the delivery partner is unwilling to travel the extra distance, the order will

be cancelled, and a cancellation charge will be applied to the next order.


Item Damage Policy

If any item is found to be damaged upon delivery:

 The issue will be thoroughly verified.

 The Support Team will assist in resolving the problem and ensuring

customer satisfaction.


Return Policy

In the case of a return, the customer will be issued a coupon equivalent to the

return amount.

This coupon can be used for a discount on the next order through the app.


General Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If

you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or use the app under the supervision of a guardian.

3. Account Registration

Users must register with valid details (name, phone, address, etc.). You are

responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.


4. Service Description

Our app enables users to browse restaurants and food items, place food orders,

make payments, and track delivery status. We act only as an intermediary between

customers and restaurants.

5. Order & Delivery

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Delivery timelines are

estimates. The restaurant may reject an order if items are unavailable or delivery is

not feasible.

6. Pricing & Payments

Prices listed are in INR and inclusive of taxes (if not specified otherwise). We

reserve the right to change prices, offers, and delivery charges. Payments can be

made via UPI, card, wallet, or cash on delivery (if enabled).

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders once placed can only be cancelled before restaurant confirmation. If an order

is cancelled after preparation has started, refunds may not apply. Refunds (if any)

are processed as per our refund policy.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the app for illegal purposes, abuse, harass, or threaten any

delivery partner or restaurant staff, or share misleading or fraudulent information.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, app design, content, and trademarks are owned by the company and may

not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for food quality (handled by the restaurant), delays or failed

deliveries due to weather or traffic, or third-party app or payment gateway issues.


11. Privacy

User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you

consent to data collection and usage as described.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means

acceptance of the revised Terms.
